• Full property inspection upon arrival and before departure

• Spot cleaning walls, doors, and light switches

• Restocking guest supplies and amenities (client supplied)

Snowbird & Seasonal Property Services (While You're Away)

• Scheduled property check-ins (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)

• Interior dusting and surface maintenance to prevent buildup

• Checking for signs of moisture, mold, pests, or damage

• Running water fixtures periodically to maintain plumbing health

• Checking and reporting HVAC filter condition

• Airing out the property as weather permits

• Exterior walkway and entry tidying

• Pre-arrival deep clean before owner or guest return

• Post-departure clean after owner seasonal stay ends

Damage & Condition Reporting

• Photo documentation of property condition at each visit

• Written or digital report submitted to owner after every service

• Immediate notification of any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns

• Coordination with property managers upon request
